RSM Bentley Jennison beefs up corporate finance arm with new hire

RSM Bentley Jennison has appointed Stuart Marcy as corporate finance partner
to lead the London and South East Mergers & Acquisition team after poaching
him from Smith & Williamson.

The firm is taking the bold move of investing heavily in the service line in
preparation for the M&A market picking up again when the recession lifts.

Marcy will develop the London and South East M&A team, and also boost RSM
Bentley Jennison’s relationships with private equity nationally.

&A and in particular a strong track record in specialist industrial and
support service companies. He has also dealt extensively with private equity
firms.’
