John Sheldrick takes non-executvie role at polymer business Fenner
Former Johnson Matthey group FD John Sheldrick has joined polymer technology
group
Fenner as
a non-executive director.
Upon David Buttfield’s retirement in its January 2011 AGM, Sheldrick will
take on the role of audit committee chairman.
He currently non-execs as chairman of the audit committee of GKN.
Sheldrick spent nearly 19 years at Johnson Matthey, having served as group
treasurer of the BOC group.
