Graham Frost and David Chubb confirm going concern sale of architectural business Archial Architects and its subsidary
PwC administrators have sold
Archial Architects
and its subsidiary to Ingenium Archial.
Graham Frost and David Chubb were appointed joint administrators on 21
September and have continued to trade the business while seeking a buyer.
Chubb said the sale will provide continuity for the staff, suppliers and
customers of the architectural business.
The group went into administration following winding up petition from HMRC.
Ingenium Archial are an international building company with offices Canada,
the United States, and the Middle East.
