THREE LOCAL FIRMS have merged to form a new organisation.
Preston, Chorley, and London-based Rotherham Taylor, has merged with Blackpool firm Mitchell Ramsden, and Preston-based Titus Thorp & Ainsworth.
The new entity, known as Titus Thorp & Ainsworth, comes under the joint ownership of Brian Taylor, Michael Muschamp, Michael Barton, and Simon Cox.
Professional services will be provided from three offices in Lancashire, and will continue to use its London office as a means of growing its presence in the south east.
“The new firm will continue to provide a first class service to clients across the country, as well as provide an excellent platform for talented staff to progress in a client focused environment,” said chief executive Michael Barton.
Titus Thorp & Ainsworth employs more than 30 staff across the three offices in Lancashire covering audit and assurance, business tax planning, trust and estate tax, management accounting, business development and corporate finance.
