MINING BUSINESS ENRC has admitted that external advisors were hired to investigate claims of financial irregularities – but no problems have been found.
An investigation took place into the transfer of assets between business units in Kazakhstan, reported The Telegraph.
“The audit committee is made up entirely of independent directors and if they had found anything to announce to the market, they would have announced it,” said a spokesman for the company.
