BDO has been appointed auditors to Vimto makers Nichols following a competitive pitch process.
The mid-tier firm was up against a Big Four rival for the audit of the AIM-listed business based in Newton-le-Willows
Tim Croston, group finance director at Nichols, said BDO’s experience with AIM companies, the company’s sector and in dealing with international groups made them the “perfect choice”.
Along with Vimto, Nichols’ brand portfolio includes Levi Roots, Weight Watchers and Sunkist.
