John Ormerod to step down from Computacenter non-exec roles
FORMER Andersen UK chief John Ormerod is to step down from his non-exec role at Computacenter.
Ormerod, who oversaw the UK firm during the entire network’s post-Enron collapse, is to be replaced by former Deloitte senior audit partner Minnow Powell.
After a 35-year career with Deloitte, Powell has since taken on non-exec positions at TUI Travel and Supergroup.
Computacenter chairman thanked Ormerod for his “very significant contribution” during his nine years at the IT services company.
