JOHN CONNOLLY, the former global chairman and UK chief executive of Deloitte, has been appointed as chairman of US-based consultancy firm Radius.
Connolly was senior partner and CEO of Deloitte UK from 1999 until 2011. During that time, he was also Deloitte’s global managing director (2003-2007) and global chairman (2007-2011). He previously held leadership positions for Deloitte in the Middle East and in multiple UK offices.
He is currently the chairman of FTSE 100 security firm G4S, and Amec Foster Wheeler, a leader in oil and gas services
“Radius has a truly differentiated offering that helps companies simplify their overseas expansion and operations, and the globalization trend is growing rapidly,” said Connolly.
Connolly replaces David Thorpe, who stepped down as chairman but will remain on Radius’ board of directors.
Radius is headquartered in Boston, US, with offices in the UK, Brazil, China, India, Japan and Singapore.
