KINGSTON SMITH has announced the promotion of James Moggeridge and Nick Thompson to director.
They will be operating within the Top 20 firm’s corporate finance department.
Moggeridge’s (pictured left) new role will include client work in Kingston Smith’s Romford office in addition to his City office responsibilities. Thompson (pictured right) will be responsible for client work across the firm’s City and Heathrow offices.

Their appointment to director will help support our growth, and we look forward to all that they will bring to the team.”
James Moggeridge is experienced in M&A lead advisory projects and financial due diligence assignments for prospective purchasers. He has acted as a reporting accountant on a number of public company listings.
Nick Thompson’s focus is on small to medium sized businesses, advising on disposals, acquisitions, management buyouts, as well as, providing strategic advice across a range of sectors. He has worked as a reporting accountant as well as a lead adviser and recently advised on the sale of Hammer Consolidated Holdings to DCC and the sale of Climate Cars Limited to Addison Lee.
