Why did Stephens make the Financial Power List 2018?

Stephens was named 32nd in the Accountancy Age Financial Power List 2018:

RSM is off to a flying start in 2018 having already added two new member firms in Bulgaria and Costa Rica. Leading the way in strengthening the RSM brand, Stephens will be focused on maintaining and developing standards across the member firms this year, with a drive to attracting talent and offering a better service to clients. Stephens is a big advocate of gender diversity amid mounting pressure for UK firms to review and improve career opportunities and pay structures.
