Premier Farnell appoints Dixons CFO
Electronic products supplier Premier Farnell has appointed the group chief financial officer at Dixons Retail as its CFO
ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS supplier Premier Farnell has appointed the group chief financial officer at Dixons Retail as its CFO.
Nicholas Cadbury, who had held the position at Dixons Retail since 2008, replaces current CFO Mark Whiteling who leaves on 1 August after five years with the company. Cadbury will take over from 1 September.
Prior to the CFO role, Cadbury worked as group retail finance director, finance and development director and commercial director for PC World, which was part of the same group as Dixons Retail.
Before joining Dixons, Cadbury was a chartered accountant at PwC.
Gavin Manson, group finance director at Premier Farnell, will act as interim CFO until Cadbury’s appointment.
