The Bristol headquarters of chartered accountants Solomon Hare acted as lead advisers to Prism Rail plc in its acquisition of two more franchises.
Tuesday’s acquisition of South Wales & West and Cardiff Railway lines makes Prism the only company in the UK to hold three franchises. KPMG corporate finance in Bristol acted as advisers to OPRAF on the sell-off of the lines which have a combined annual passenger revenue of # 45m.
