Andersen Consulting has won a 10-year outsourcing contract to supply finance and administration services to Exel Logistics, the supplier of logistics services, commencing in September. The service, which will be phased in over the next 18 months and employ 210 staff, will be delivered using a new system based on Oracle Financial Software.
