The acrimonious dispute between Deloitte & Touche and Binder Hamlyn over unpaid fees for Deloittes’ #1m expert witness work during the ADT trial has been settled, a spokeswoman for Deloittes confirmed this week. The firms refused to comment on the settlement, but Accountancy Age understands Deloittes gave up its claim for full payment of the fees.
