Coopers to advise Open Systems Holdings in AIM float

Coopers & Lybrand is advising US accountancy software group Open Systems Holdings for its AIM flotation next week. The company will be capitalised at u10m and plans to raise between u1.5-2m to launch into the UK software market and set up a channel of around 200 resellers. Company chief executive Michael Bertini, who bought the business from computer giant Unisys in 1990, said the AIM launch reflected the company’s long-term commitment to the market.
