Human resources and consultancy group Lorien, which last year bought P-E International, has made two acquisitions in the IT contract resourcing area. Arena Resources and Frost Berkeley Associates have been bought for sums totalling #14.5m. A #18.25m share issue will fund the acquisition and provide further working capital.
