Royal Mail’s finance director has quit for “private and personal reasons”.
Ian Duncan’s departure comes as the government plans for a flotation of the
mail business, and follows a slew of board changes.
In January its chief executive Adam Crozier said he was leaving to join ITV.
Moya Greene takes on the role in mid-July, leaving her president and CEO
position at Canada Post Corporation.
ScottishPower chief executive Nick Horler joined as a non-executive in April.
He was joined by Orna Ni-Chionna and Cath Keers as non-execs a month later.
Duncan joined in 2006 from US-based Westinghouse Electric Company, where he
had served as CFO.
He began his career at Deloitte & Touche, and qualified with the ICAEW in
1985.
