THE FORMER FINANCE DIRECTOR of Tate & Lyle has been appointed to the board of Diploma as a non-executive director.
Chartered accountant John Nicholas, who has served as group FD of Tate & Lyle and Kidde, joins the international group of technical products businesses with effect from 1 June.
Nicholas is currently a non-executive director of Mondi, Hunting and Rotork and also sits on the FRC’s Financial Reporting Review Panel and is a fellow of ACCA.
Shares in the support services company were up 10.5p in morning trading to 558.5p.
