FORMER PwC partner Sandy Kinney Pritchard as a non-executive of Findel.
The chartered accountant, currently a non-exec at TSB Bank and MBNA, has also worked with the Financial Service Compensation Scheme.
Kinney Pritchard will chair the audit & risk committee at the gift and school supplier business, taking on the role from Eric Tracey.
The former Wembley FD, and contributor to sister publication Financial Director, leaves the audit role to chair Findel’s remuneration committee.
Findel chairman David Sugden said: “We are delighted that Sandy has agreed to join our Board. Sandy brings a depth of understanding and experience across the financial services sector, from both an executive and non-executive capacity. This expertise will be invaluable to Findel and will complement the existing skills and outlook of the board.”
“I would like to record the board’s appreciation of the excellent work that Eric Tracey has done in chairing the audit & risk committee over the last five years.”
