Grant Thornton has announced 20 new appointments across its advisory and audit teams in Yorkshire.
Richard Oddy, Casper Kaars Sijpesteijn and Rory Goldthorpe have been appointed to senior roles in key sectors of high growth.
Oddy joins the firm as associate director and will be focusing on co-ordinating Grant Thornton’s asset-based lending advisory offering across Yorkshire and the North East. Oddy brings with him 10 years’ experience in strategic advisory roles and specialises in restructuring advice for lenders.
Sijpesteijn also joins the firm as associate director and will work to support corporates across all business, operational and finance functions. Sijpesteijn joins from Leeds based distributer, Premier Farnell.
Goldthorpe takes on the role of audit senior manager. With 16 years’ experience, Goldthorpe joins Grant Thornton from Henton and Co LLP. He said he looked forward to joining a “busy, thriving organisation which is doing something different both nationally and regionally.”
Oddy, Sijpesteijn and Goldthorpe are joined by 17 junior and experienced hires, as Grant Thornton continues to recruit and nurture talent.
