“I’m excited about the future of work and I think it’s imperative that we help encourage our people to positively embrace technology and innovation, help them understand the benefits of new ways of working, and provide them with the skills and confidence to be successful.

“My goal is to give Deloitte’s HR team the opportunity to be truly part of the business, solving problems together, delivering transformational change and ensuring people have an amazing career.”

“I’m very pleased to welcome Sharron to Deloitte,” said Dimple Agarwal. “Her wealth of expertise and experience in HR will help our firm reinforce its focus on culture and our purpose of making a positive impact on clients, our people and wider society.”

Deloitte’s recent millennial research showed us how critical it is that businesses work harder to retain the demographic talent by understanding their needs. We remain committed to our respect, diversity and inclusion initiatives, embedding a culture that engages our people and provides them with fulfilling experiences.”
