TBL Accountants Joins Xeinadin, Strengthening Southend Office and Support for Local Businesses

Xeinadin, a leading provider of accountancy services and business advice for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals across the UK and Ireland, has expanded its Southend office with the addition of TBL Accountants, an addition that brings further strength to its advisory support for small, owner-managed businesses and charities in Essex.

The TBL team brings over five decades of combined experience in accountancy, taxation, VAT, payroll, and business consultancy. TBL has built its reputation by supporting owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organisations that value accessible and local advice.

These clients now benefit from national support across tax and corporate finance as well as added tools and communications that include webinars on Making Tax Digital and updates following government Budgets and regulatory changes.

The expanded Southend office now includes a team of 22 and continues to support a wide mix of local businesses and charitable organisations with tailored, relationship-driven advice. Partners Paul Stafford and Lisa Keith continue to lead the team, which now operates from Xeinadin’s Southend office and working alongside Area Managing Partner Ian Hornsey.

Paul Stafford, Partner, Xeinadin, says, “The reality is, we work with small, owner-managed businesses, the people who don’t have big budgets but who need and value local support. That’s always been our focus, and it’s exactly what Xeinadin is about too. Joining Xeinadin allows us to keep doing what we do best but with more support behind the scenes.”

Ian Hornsey, Managing Partner South Essex, Xeinadin, says, “This is a team we’ve known and respected for some time. They’re trusted by their clients because they offer real advice, not just reports and that’s exactly what we believe in. It’s great to have them in the building, and even better to have them as part of Xeinadin.”

The office will continue to focus on supporting clients through day-to-day financial management, planning, and long-term strategic advice, with added access to expertise that comes from being part of a collaborative national practice.
