Kirk Rice & Rice Associates Merger

Kirk Rice LLP is delighted to announce its merger with Rice Associates Limited, a previously Wokingham-based accountancy practice. Both parties share a personalised, straightforward, and proactive approach to client service, making this partnership a natural fit.

Richard Somerville, Tax Partner at Kirk Rice (formally of Rice Associates), said of the move:

“We knew that to continue progressing and providing an excellent level of service to our clients, we needed to expand. This move extends the services available to our shared clients to include experienced financial advisers for individuals, families, and businesses. We can offer clients a fuller range of services to support their growing needs.”

Diligent work over the last 18 months has ensured a smooth transition for both clients and staff. The Rice Associates team joined Kirk Rice in their Ascot and Fleet offices on 1st July with both firms now trading as Kirk Rice.
