ICA disciplinary committee makes reprimands
Nicholas Taylor of Grimsby, South Humberside has been severely reprimanded, fined z2,000 and charged costs of z1,600 by the English ICA’s disciplinary committee. Taylor withdrew z6,841 without authorisation from a company of which he was a director. The committee also reprimanded Peter Powell of Mansfield Road, Derby and fined him z500 plus costs of z1,000 for failing to respond to correspondence from the investigations committee. The institute’s investigations committee reprimanded and fined the following: Michael Mayfield of West Bridgford, Nottingham; the firm of Foot & Ellis Smith of Romford, Essex; and S Williamson & Company of Hartshill, Stoke on Trent.
