Pannells opens up its accounts

Pannell Kerr Forster is set to follow BDO Stoy Hayward by becoming the second Group A firm to publish its accounts.

A spokeswoman said the firm was publishing its ‘formal partnership accounts’ next week, but denied that Pannells was following Stoys’ lead.

Pannells has had a troubled year, losing its FTSE-100 client, Williams Holdings, and its six-partner Derby staff to Coopers in June. It has also lost more than 10 of its 25-strong hotels consultancy team. Earlier this month, its corporate finance head Stephen Bourne quit to join rival Stoys.
