So keen is the Dame on the elegant sport that last year she invited 70 guests to help celebrate her 50th birthday at an evening race meeting at the Lingfield racecourse in Surrey. Now it seems the spread of equestrian pursuits is to be continued with the election of PwC’s Peter Wyman as vice-president. Odds on that when Wyman is installed to presidential office in 2002, the Moorgate branch of William Hill will see a resurgence in business from Chartered Accountants Hall.
