Jez Maiden FCMA has recently been appointed director of finance for Britannia Building Society. Maiden joined Britannia from Hickson International, where he held the position of group finance director. Maiden will be reporting directly to the group finance director, Neville Richardson, and will be responsible for managing finance, business improvement and internal audit/group risk management departments.
Mike Blackmore has been appointed finance director at Iveco Ford Truck. He joins from Ladbrokes where he was finance director and financial controller. Prior to that he spent two years as director of international finance for Rosenbluth International joining from Hertz Rent-a-Car where he held a number of senior finance positions in both operating subsidiaries and the European head office.
Gerry Williams joins Bachmann Trust Company from Coutts Offshore Private Bank where he was head of private banking for the Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, Isle of Man and Bermuda operations. Prior to this he held senior posts for Coutts in the Bahamas the Isle of Man and the Cayman Islands. Williams replaces Les Hilton who becomes chairman of Bachmann Trust Company while continuing in his role of vice-chairman.
