Administrators at PKF have successfully negotiated the sale of the training division of European Telecom Landis Group to Sphinx CST.
The sale, which will see Landis UK join the technical training division at Sphinx, will secure the jobs of all the sales and training staff, currently numbering 35.
The new business will be known as ‘Power Education’ and will have an authorised curriculum that includes Microsoft, IBM, Oracle and Lotus.
Joint administrator at PKF, Fred Satow, said that in addition to the jobs being saved, the deal with Sphinx would achieve ‘substantial realisations for creditors’.
Landis Group, based in Holland, petitioned for bankruptcy on 6 May 2002.
