The ongoing row over the ICAEW's attempts to recruit members from other accounting institutes rumbles on
Following CIMA chief executive Charles Tilley’s complaint that the ICAEW was
looking to poach its most senior members, claiming the move would ‘confuse the
marketplace, Accountancy Age has learned that further correspondence
between CIMA and the Professional Oversight Board has taken place.

but was unable to provide more information about the nature of the discussions.
The POB would not comment on the subject.
