New man to take institute presidency in two years
Company director Clive Parritt, has been elected as the next vice president
of the ICAEW. The election was delayed due to the snowstorm.
The former Baker Tilly partner will take office on 3 June, and automatically
becomes president in two years’ time.
Parritt is a director and chairman of several UK companies and investment
trusts. He left Touche Ross, which later became part of Deloitte in 1982 and
moved to Baker Tilly, where he worked as chairman until 2001.
