The Independent Housing Ombudsman announces payroll deal with Beever and Struthers
Beever and
Struthers has been appointed to provide payroll for the Independent
Housing Ombudsman. The ombudsman provides free and impartial dispute resolution
services for tenants and landlords.
The management and administration deal will last for an initial period of
three years.
“Their understanding of the sector made them our preferred choice to
administer our payroll. We are looking forward to a long-term relationship with
them,” said Michelle Magnusen, procurement manager for the ombudsman.
B&S has also won contracts with seven social housing groups for business
planning validation services. The Manchester-based firm was appointed by
Merseyside-based One Vision Housing, First Choice Homes Oldham, Tristar Homes of
Stockton-on-Tees, Cardiff-based Taff Housing Association, Boston Mayflower and
Longhurst Group both based in Boston, Lincs and Waterloo Housing Group based in
Oadby, Leicestershire.
Validations are performed for various reasons – from stock transfer funder
requirements to moving data from Excel-based modelling tools to Brixx financial
planning software.
