    Jeffcoat takes audit role at Zenergy

    CIMA accountant Jeffcoat joins Zenergy as a non-executive

    DAVID JEFFCOAT has joined Zenergy Power as a non-executive and member of its audit committee.

    CIMA-qualified Jeffcoat served as FD of Ultra Electronics holdings between 2000 and 2009, and prior to that was group FC of Smiths Industries. He is also a director of WYG and Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust.

    Zenergy is an AIM-listed superconductor energy business with three operating subsidiaries located in Germany, USA and Australia.
