Brown Butler appoints tax director
Matthew Jacques leaves Baker Tilly to join Leeds-based accountancy firm
BROWN BUTLER, the Leeds-based accountant and business adviser, has strengthened its tax team with the appointment of Matthew Jaques as tax director.
He will head a team of tax specialists who provide top-level advice to owner managed businesses.
Jaques, who joins Brown Butler from Baker Tilly, has extensive experience in advising companies and their shareholders in areas including group restructuring, tax efficient structures, international tax, property tax and capital allowances.
He has been a corporate tax specialist for 13 years.
