UNIT4 signs up healthcare tech company for its Agresso software

HEALTHCARE TECH company MRC Technology has moved to UNIT4’s Agresso software for its finance, project and procurement functions.

The company, which works with Medical Research Council-funded units and collaborating organisations on healthcare research and development, is to replace its current Access Dimensions software with Agresso Business World following a review of its systems and the market.

“After a tender process we shortlisted four vendors and conducted a series of customer reference site visits to see their solutions in action,” said MRC Technology director of corporate resources Neil Shearer. “The result of this process was that UNIT4’s Agresso solution emerged as the solution that best met our needs.”

The company plans to have the new systems live by February next year
