Accountant takes non-exec role at Parkmead
Chartered accountant Philip Dayer is recruited as a non-exec at investment business Parkmead
INVESTMENT BUSINESS Parkmead has recruited accountant Philip Dayer as a non-executive director.
Dayer was previously a non-exec of oil and gas exploration business Dana Petroleum from 2006 until its sale earlier this year to Korea National Oil. He has also worked as a consultant to float OJSC Rosneft Oil, the Russian state-owned oil and gas company.
He studied law in Kings College before qualifying as a chartered accountant. He has held director of corporate finance roles at Barclays De Zoete, Citigroup, Société Générale and Old Mutual Securities.
Dayer is joined by Ian Rawlinson who also joins Parkmead as non-executive director.
Brian Wilson and Faysal Hamza will retire from the board as non-execs, this month.
