Baker Tilly relinquishes audit over strained relations
Network Group's auditor Baker Tilly has resigned due to an irreconcilable breakdown in relations with directors
BAKER TILLY has resigned as auditor of Network Group due to strained relations with some of the company’s directors.
The recruitment and outsourcing service provider took the unusual step of publishing the firm’s letter of resignation, which reveals the relationship had “broken down irretrievably”.
Mazars has taken over the audit, and Network Group indicated it is highly pleased with the appointment, saying the firm’s recent expansion in Birmingham “will help facilitate the future expansion plans for the group”.
