The Law Society has said it will make the case against extending professional privilege to accountants
THE LAW SOCIETY has said it will make representations in advance of the Supreme Court review of legal professional privilege to ensure it remains solely for the legal profession.
President Linda Lee said the society will “ensure that the scope of LPP remains clear and certain, so that it remains an important safeguard for clients who seek and obtain legal advice”.
