Ex-KPMG partner takes audit committee chair role at Kofax

Wade Loo spent 30 years at KPMG latterly as partner, retiring in 2010

A FORMER KPMG partner has been appointed audit committee chair at business IT company Kofax.

Wade Loo retired from KPMG in 2010 and having worked there for 30 years, latterly as senior partner in charge of its audit practice in the Northern California region.

Loo has been a member of the audit committee since his appointment as a non-executive director on February 4 2011.
