Charteris loses Carter as FD moves on
Finance director Patrick Carter will leave Charteris to take up a FD role within the renewable energy sector
MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY Charteris has announced that finance director Patrick Carter is to resign.
Carter, who will leave the board on 30 November to take up a finance director role within the renewable energy sector, joined the company in May 2007 as FD.
Julie Merry, a chartered accountant who trained with PwC, will take over the finance director’s responsibilities. She will be appointed company secretary but will not be a director of the company.
Merry has held a number of finance roles, most recently as finance director of Zircadian, a provider of software and consultancy services to the NHS.
