FTSE 250-listed Henderson Group replaces EY with PwC
A NEW AUDITOR has been chosen for FTSE 250 investment management business Henderson Group.
Henderson has recruited PwC to audit its business for the year ending 31 December 2014, replacing EY.
The group, which operates as the holding group of Henderson Global Investors, had put the audit out to tender – with no matters needing to be brought to the attention of shareholders in choosing a replacement.
“The board of Henderson Group extends their appreciation to Ernst Young LLP for their service to the group as auditors,” it said in a statement to the stock exchange.
The group was established in 1934 and currently holds £68bn in assets under management, employing 1,000 people worldwide.
