KPMG appoints trio to P3 practice

KPMG has appointed three directors to its People Powered Performance (P3) practice.

Simon Morris joins from Thomsons Online Benefits, a global employee benefit software and engagement outfit. He brings more than 14 years’ experience in workforce planning and analytics, HR and people technologies.

Ingrid Waterfield has been promoted to director after 15 years with the Big Four firm. She recently led the ‘Cracking the Code’ gender diversity research on the health of the female pipeline in UK organisations in conjunction with The 30% Club and YSC. She is also leading KPMG’s involvement as a member organisation of the Agile Future Forum.

After 10 years with KPMG, qualified actuary Jonathan Green secures his director spurs. He specialises in workforce analytics, utilising workforce and business data to provide organisations with evidence to support strategies to reduce costs and improve performance.
