RSM Restructuring Advisory has been appointed as administrators to asset valuation and debt recovery outfit Winterhill Largo and several of its affiliated companies.
Joint administrators Lindsey Cooper, Chris Ratten and Graham Bushby were appointed on 26 February to cover Winterhill Largo Ltd; Largo Collections Ltd; Winterhill Property Ltd; Winterhill Receivables; ABL Services Ltd and Winterhill Asset Ltd.
Based in Blackburn, Winterhill Largo was formed six years ago from the merger of the Winterhill and Largo businesses. It provides professional services to banks, insolvency practitioners, asset-based lenders and other public and private funding organisations employs some 25 staff peppered across Leeds, Manchester and London.
Lindsey Cooper, RSM partner, said: “We are currently working to find purchasers for the various business streams in order to maximise returns to creditors.”
