Grant Thornton has strengthened its financial services offering with the appointment of Devesh Mehta as partner
TOP TEN accountancy firm Grant Thornton has strengthened its financial services offering with the appointment of Devesh Mehta as partner.
Mehta joins Grant Thornton’s business risk services team with over 18 years’ experience in the financial services industry. He has built up corporate and investment banking and has held board level CFO and CAO roles at Nomura International.
Commenting on his appointment, Mehta said “My primary focus will be to lead and build on the firm’s existing finance and risk advisory offering, and support our client base in successfully navigating the ever changing, highly regulated financial services market.
Ewen Fleming, partner and financial services group practice leader at Grant Thornton said: “We are delighted to welcome Devesh to the team. His considerable experience in corporate and investment banking and strong network in the sector will add another degree of strength to our existing team, particularly in our work with corporate banking and asset management clients.”
