Alex Barker has joined the firm as senior audit manager, following 11 years at London-based Buzzacott. Sarah Jones is the new audit manager, moving from the same role at Simmons Gainsford. Both will focus on corporate clients.
Barker specialises in advising international groups and owner-managed businesses with a range of business models, and his expertise lies in due diligence and transaction support projects. At haysmacintyre, he will support the growing creative, media, and technology sector client group.
Jones has worked for Wilkins Kennedy, RPG Crouch Chapman, and HW Fisher & Company as well as the Simmons Gainsford Group. She has specific experience of supporting businesses within manufacturing, technology, distribution, healthcare, hotels, and leisure.
