In 1919, the accountancy profession was first opened to women, and we have come a long way in that time.
100 years later, and while the gender pay gap is still an issue in many firms, women are taking up more and more senior positions.
In this year’s Accountancy Age Financial Power List, there were a record number of women in the top 50.
AAT has produced a video to celebrate its female members.
