Iris, the business software group, has won a deal with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art to supply it with a full financial management system
The deal, struck at the
Softworld
trade show in Hammersmith, will see
LAMDA use Iris’s core
financials, project costing, visual report writer and payroll programmes. The
drama school will also buy in Iris’s ‘Sentimail’ technology, which sends alerts
to executives and finance team members by email or text.
FD Cyril Wood said: ‘We were most impressed with the level of expertise
demonstrated by the Iris Exchequer team.’ LAMDA bought the system because of the
way it linked into Excel spreadsheets, which the drama school hopes will save
time in the finance function.
Stuart Dawson, Iris Exchequer managing director, said the company was
‘delighted’ to have secured the deal.
