INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE CI Accountancy has joined the international network of firms MGI.
The Northumberland-based practice CI Accountancy has an office in Warden and will become part of the 285 member strong organisation MGI.
The network was founded in 1947 and has members in more than 80 countries globally.
Gary Killmister, (pictured) principal of CI Accountancy, said: “MGI membership will allow us to offer an enhanced range of services to existing and future clients, most particularly assisting those seeking to engage in overseas business activities, through being able to access high-quality and trusted service on the ground through our alliance partners who we know adhere to the same high standards we do.
“It also provides us with a substantial support network and resource in many technical service areas and other internal matters such as staff development. We remain an accessible and client-focused independent firm, but through our MGI membership, now have the benefit of a large organisation’s global reach.”
