Baker Tilly merges with Stehphen Hay & Associates
TAX SPECIALISTS Stephen Hay & Associates has merged into Baker Tilly. Hay, a £2m practice by revenue, will transfer to Baker Tilly’s office in Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, reports The Scotsman.
The deal brings Baker Tilly’s Scottish fees to £14m.
Last month Baker Tilly took on The Charlton Williamson Partnership, a north-east firm that boosted its regional office to seven partners and 60 staff.
